I will leave them at my apt door for you to pick
them up with your name on them. Its 5920-101,
Its the building next to 5924 which faces the ring road.
Facing the community center, go left. Pass the mailboxes on
your right. My apt is across from the 2nd dumpster. We
have a camp chair and a bike hanging there.

Spring Break Update!
Hi Team!
I trust you did your best during classes and
Now you are taking a well deserved break!
Lots to praise report on: We found favor with Michelle Smart, director of
Regent Village Apts. Monique had the idea of letting Michelle know that we are opening the party up to all Regent students (age 18 and up) and that extra money will go to World Vision and Crisis Pregnancy Center and see if she would promote it. Well, she is sending out flyers to all the Village and is paying for our hand flyers, decorations, some pizza, and giving us prizes for best dancers (male and female) and best costumes.
I got the decorations already. I still need to get Christmas lights (white)
From all who have them (David?). I need 4 strands and I have 2 of mine.
When can we plan the next meeting for this? I want it to be
This week (Spring Break but not Friday) or early next week at
12 noon. What works for you?

Next Steps
Hola, Konnichiwa, Bonjour everyone!
The meeting Friday went great. I collected all the money
and I will get the flyers printed after seeing if I can
find a picture to replace the gay looking guy.
Everyone said they are bringing me mixed CDs. Steve, I got
yours that you dropped off at my apt with Joe. Thanks
Monique for the Middle Eastern Music. Everyone else please
drop them by 5920-101 or my office CRB 327.
I burned a CD of my music and I have 90 minutes of dance music.
Add that to everyone elses, and I think we will have a full night
of music!
I intend to have the flyers ready by 2 weeks before the event
Please go ahead and start emailing your friends the invite
so they can save the date.
Ivan, please promote this with the international students.
I heard there is Preview weekend that weekend so we may also
get some "business" from them.

Planning Meeting Dates
For those of you on the leadership team, we need to get together and meet
each other face to face and talk about whose doing what,
details, and I wanna hear your music, collect the $10, and show you the party flyer I made.
Monique suggested we meet on campus during lunch time on a Tuesday or Friday.
I have a secluded lounge right next to my office in CRB.
